St. Vital is the most popular area of Winnipeg because of it's vast variety of new homes.  It occupies much of the south area of Winnipeg.  Due to it's size, It is difficult to break this area down. 

Kingston Row and Victoria Crescent, River Road, River Point, and St. Mary's Road are all neighborhoods with river property along the south banks of the Red.
